Thanks for reaching out! There is a likelihood that we can offer a replacement for your window operator, however, I cannot make any guarantees.
The photos you've provided give a great deal of information to help with determining if we have a suitable replacement. However, the last photo I'll need to see is a clear picture of the link arm of the operator.
Are you able to provide a photo of an operator with the gear and link arms attached?

Thanks for your photos. However, I'll need to see this piece removed from the window completely. You'll also need to have this removed to confirm the measurements on the part.
Are you able to remove the arm?
