These are photos of the left side window crank but it is the right side that will not open. I would like to replace both the right and left window operators. On the top arm is the letter B. On the bottom arm it says Truth 31512. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying these so I can replace them.

Good morning, I've measured and remeasured and the only difference is the arm you have as 5" I get as 4 1/2 ". Does that change the replacement piece? Also, on the bottom of the unit are more numbers: 08222002 0348. And underneath them is: 45215. Thank you for your help, it will be nice to be able to open the window again. Ron

Hey Ron. Thanks for checking that. Unfortunately, we are not able to supply this operator with a 4-1/2" link arm but the 39-171 and 39-172 could still work if you are able to adjust the position of the mounting bracket on the sash to compensate for the difference.
Another option would be to attach the original link arm to the new operator by drilling them out and installing the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014B rivet. Take a look and see which option you'd prefer.
