Question

A c is marked on the short arm. I found some close but it says the c arm is 5inches long and this one is 4.5.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am afraid we don't sell this exact style of operator. Our best option is our 39-171 and 39-172 operators, however. The link arm for these operators is 5" long, not 4-1/2", so you have two options. You could adjust the bracket to make up for the arm length differences or swap the link arms. What you want to do is drill out the arms on both the old and new operators, then install the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014 rivet which will need to be hammered in. You can do so over a metal plate.
