Window operator

A contractor from Rockaway NJ says:
This is a c-9400-1 per 1998 installed in 1997. Other marking include F-9300-8 B. And on the arm is stamped date code 4-08-96 and the number 1361399. Thank you for your time

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hello James. Please take a look at our 39-264 spit arm crank and let us know if this is a good match for you.
A quick learner from MN says:
I have an identical looking C-9400-1 split arm crank, installed in 1995, But my stamped number is F-9400-8 (not 9300)
Your 39-264 does not match, since my outside screws are 4.5" apart, not 3 11/16"
My arm measurements do match the 39-264

Thanks for reaching out to us. As stated in the product description for the 39-264, if your window was made from 1995 to 1998 then you will also need the 39-362 adapter plate to get our new part to install on your window.
