Need replacement for this Truth 40056 operator please. Had to tear it out to even determine brand, model etc. so no installed photos but all parts shown.

Thanks for writing in. Start by looking over our 39-171 and 39-172. See if these operators match the dimensions of your old hardware. For a new crank handle, see our 39-205. If your old snap brackets are undamaged you can reuse them, but otherwise see our 39-545 and 39-546
