Hey there. Can you show me a clear picture of the holes on the top tab as well? That should help narrow this down. Thanks.

There are three holes two on the bottom one on the top

Apologies if I wasn't clear enough. I meant the hole pattern on the top tab of the operator, which usually has only one or two holes. Check out our 39-074, 39-194, or 39-419. Look over their dimensions and see if you think one of these could work for you.

There are two holes on bottom That are exactly 1 inch apart. There is one hole at the top that is 5 3/16 from bottom

To me the 39-194 or 39-012 might be closest. Take a look at the dimensions of both and let me know what you think.
