Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't get a good lock at what you have from this photo. Can you show us a photo of your operator fully removed from the window? It would also be helpful if we could see a photo of the operator's base with the cover removed.

I recommend you have a look at the Truth awning window operator, our 39-440B. I believe this is what you're looking for but compare the specifications with yours and see how they match up.
