Window operator

The operator on one of my windows has come apart. It was installed in 1995. With the cover removed the left side of the operator has the word "Mall" stamped. The right side of the operator has the word "Truth" stamped. How do I know I will purchase the correct replacement operator?

Hello! I can help you identify the proper operator replacement, but I'm afraid your photo only shows the base. This is definitely helpful, but it only tells half the story. I need to see the rest of the operator in order to narrow down the list of possibilities. Please let me know if that would be possible and we can work from there.
