These pictures are from an old but still working window in an old apartment building. The handle is missing and probably other parts. I don't know the window manufacturer. I would like to just put in a new operator. Can you tell what would work as a replacement?

Hello there!

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. We're happy to look into this. I'm afraid we can't determine what you may have here from these photos though. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that operator assembly as a reference. We specifically need to see the arms that move the window sash.

Thank you, Donna! These photos are very helpful. Our 39-094 & 39-095 or the 39-150 & 39-151 look like they may be what you need. The compatible handle is the 39-286 which is sold separately. Review the specifications and see if one of these operators matches up with your old assembly.

Thankyou Emily, It is the 39-095 and I already ordered it and the handle from Swisco. Thankyou for all your help. You will be hearing from me in the future as I have other windows that will be needing repairs. Donna
