Hey there. I believe our closest match is the 39-220B Dyad Operator (the opposite-handed version is the 39-221B). Compare with your old hardware and see if it matches up--the offsets in the arms give me a little pause, but please review and see if you think this might work for you. For new covers and handles, see the 39-452 or 39-376 (and for the other side, the 39-375 and 39-451), depending on what style you prefer.
