Thanks for writing in! The stamp you've provided is part of the casement window hinge. Is that the part you need replacing?

If you are need of a replacement for the window operator, I'll need to know the length of the operator arm. Plese also provide a photo of the wheel at the end of it.

This measurement should be from the middle of the gear to the end of the arm. The window operator arm is the L-shaped arm that connects to the bottom of the swinging window sash. You'll need to detach it from the track.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Thank you for the quick reply! It's the operator I need to replace, I can't fully crank the window closed. I added 2 more pictures to hopefully narrow it down! arm looks like 10 in from gear to the end

Thanks for the additional photos. I believe your operator can be replaced with the 39-366 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator. Although, you'll need to detach the operator from the track to get an idea of the wheel at the end of the arm and to get an accurate measurement, as suggested.

The compatible track is the 39-504 SS 13-3/4" Channel Guide.

Another possible replacement option is the 39-028E. Its dimensions can be viewed on the website and the compatible hardware can be found in the related products.
