"Truth" is the only marking. Sash bracket is 3" long. Operator attach point is 4" long. I believe it is 12".

Perfect. Take a look at our 39-083 and 39-140 operators and compare the dimensions to your operator to determine which replacement you need. Thank you!

39-083 is the one needed. will existing sash bracket and cover work on the replacement?
