I just bought a house, and the bay window crank operator on the left (facing from inside) was replaced with the wrong part.
I have pics of the right side, which works perfectly. Would you have one like the one in the pics? Thank you

Thanks for writing in. This looks like potentially our 39-031 and 39-032 Dual Arm Operators. Just review the diagrams below to ensure all the arm lengths match; let me know if anything differs in any way. For new handles and covers, you can use the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.

Thank you for the reply, Bob. After I get over to the house tomorrow, and check the measurements you have supplied, and if it all checks out, I'll be ordering these pieces. I'll just get both sides, figuring if one was replaced,the other one might not last too long.
