Window operator needed : SWISCO.com

Hi there, the window operator seems broken. It won't close the window anymore, it only works from full opened to a 90% closed, and then the cranking doesn't do anything anymore. Which model do I need ?
The arm measures 9 inches. The lenght from top mounting hole to the bottom hole is 5. 25 inches

Unfortunately we do not carry a direct match for the operator shown. The best we can supply is the 39-045, but we cannot guarantee a direct fit. Please review below.

Yes, this won't work. The distance between the outer holes is 4 3/4 inches and the inner holes is 4 inches. Thanks for looking.Karin

Actually, this should work. Please ignore my previous email. Do I need the channel guide ? Happy to order it, wondering if it is better to use this one or if my old one would work.Karin

This operator is used with the 39-504 channel guide. If yours matches the specifications below and is still in good condition, you may be able to reuse it. If not, I'd suggest purchasing the channel guide as well to ensure compatibility.

Hi Dave,the new window operator works like a charm. It is exactly like the old one. The old one had broken gear teeth. Thank you so much for picking the correct one !Karin
