This is a Willmar window purchased in 1993. The arm says it is truth entry guard and a serial number 20910A

The long arm is about 8.5" and the short arms about 4" and 2" in the form of an elbow.

Thanks for posting. This might be the 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator. Just make sure the dimensions match what is shown below. Let me know if anything differs. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
