Window operator replacement

I have a window with both a right hand and a left hand window operator. The operators will open the windows but cannot close them. I need to replace them but there are no identifying marks on the window operators. Can you tell from these pictures what is a replacement that will work

Your operator looks like a match for our 39-031 and 39-032. I think these might be what you want, but review our specs to verify. The arm sizes are paramount.
