Window operator will not close

Question

Our window will open but it will not close. We think we need a new handle operating part. I hope the photes are ok. Thanks Joanne

Thanks for posting, Joanne. I think the first thing you should do is remove the operator from the window, then try to open and close window by hand. Does the window swing without any problem? If so, then the operator might have to be replaced. Please take a look at our 39-171 dyad operator to see if you think this will work for you.
