Window operators

A home owner from Hawaii says:
Need replacement crank window operators. Crank has script on it that looks like WDM but not sure. Crank is offset to the right of its base and the base is approximately 4 inches wide. Crank and base are powder coated white. Not looking to replace stainless steel arms at this time because they are functional. But if crank handles must be ordered with arms, the arms must be stainless steel. Powder coated arms would corrode within 6 months here near the ocean.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-451. Look it over and let me know if you agree. We also sell the 39-451 handle and cover, which you will need.
