Window operators

Question

Hello,
Attached attached are pix of an awning operator and 2 casement operators. Arm measurements on the pictures. Screw measurements and attachment styles match operators on your website. Just need confirmation before I order.

I don't see the 9" casement operator which is actually more like 9.25".

Thank you for your help

Hello,

The operator is your first photo was discontinued and is no longer available. We offer the 39-187 and 39-188, but they have a shorter link arm. You may be able to swap the link arm from your old operator and rivet it to the new one using the 62-014B.

Alternate measurement of arm

As for the awning operator, we'll need to see the slides disconnected from the sash track to research your options. Thank you!
