Thanks for writing in!

We can identify from your photos that the operator is Truth brand, but Truth parts are used by many, many different window manufacturers across the country. That unfortunately doesn't narrow it down.

Is there an AAMA sticker around the inside of the window frame? We might be able to use that as a clue to identify the manufacturer but there no guarantees.

Also, what issues are you experiencing with the window, if any? If its simply a hardware issue we may be able to help.

I have one window that has a crack in it (from the top lock/latch hanging up and stress while opening. Another window is experiencing "fogging" between the panes so appears to have lost any gas between the panes. The third is experiencing wood rot at the bottom of the frame.
No, there is no sticker on any of the windows (I have a total of 5). Hoping to identify the brand of window so I can check on warranty or at least replace with same brand so they all match. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for confirming.

Unfortunately, without an AAMA sticker we wouldn't be able to tell you who made this. Truth parts are used on just too many windows.

Our sincerest apologies!
