Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe and 16-031 Mounting Bracket. This system uses Series 180 Coil Balances. If the #4 is printed on the coil spring itself, then select the S180-04 4 pound spring as your replacement. Let me know if you have further questions.
