Thanks for your post! This window balance has a wingless top guide and winged bottom shoe like the Series 350 Channel Balance. Given the stamp from your balance, I believe you'll need the 17" S350-17.

Our 1620 stamp option will support a sash weighing between 8 to 12lbs.
