Thank you for reaching out to us. It's tough to make out the bottom fitting from your photos, but I believe this may be a match for the S395-27. This comes attached with the 19-005 winged top fitting and the 15-001 wingless 1-1/8" deep bottom fitting. You'll want to ensure your old balance meets these specifications.

This part looks corrrect I am also needing the stop that holds the balance in place at the top of the window frame. I need a left and right balance and the stops for the left and right as well.

It sounds like you're looking for the top sash guide. This balance doesn't use a particular one, so the best match depends on the original. To ID yours, we'll have to see an undamaged guide removed from the window, including written-out measurements.
