I am guessing this is a shoe for a window spring on a Carefree Window.
Length of spring tube: 27 inches
Diameter of spring tube: 3/8 inch
Tip color of spring is orange with 2 cross prongs.

Compare your pivot shoe to our 15-045. For your spiral balance, please see our S900-27 with a red tip. Red and orange tips are considered the same in the trade.
