Hello there. See our 90-133L and 90-133R Thermal Gard Sash Locks. If you need the tilt latches as well, I am afraid that they are no longer available, and I am sorry that we can't provide a replacement.

The piece in my picture is all one piece. The one you show is a single piece
I saw the same part on your site but I could'nt up load it so you could see it
So the window lick and latch are one single piece

That's not one piece. I've worked on this window a few times in the past and while the lock and latch are seated next to one another, they are in fact two separate pieces.

Bob's recommendation of the 90-133L and 90-133R is accurate, those will definitely replace the lock you have now. If you also need the latch, however, then we will not be able to help. I don't think it's been made in many years.

Your best bet is to use a surface mount latch like our 26-215 , though this would require drilling new holes for it to install.
