Hi there. This looks like a Series 370 Channel Balance. To determine the length, be sure to measure just the metal channel; do not include the nylon fittings in this measurement. Finally, to determine your stamp option, look for a stamp code somewhere on the metal channel. If there is none, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed for each stamp option on the product page.

Thanks, so the metal part is 27" and the stamped number is 2610. Do the plastic parts come already attached? Looks like I would order S370-27, correct?
