Hi there, maybe I can help. We couldn't find an exact match for your part, but I believe you can use our 15-251 single spring window support. It is a little taller than yours, but it should still work. If you need to replace the coil spring, it will be our Series 160. There is a spring weight code stamped on the end of yours that you'll need as a reference.
