Window part that opens the window by turning gears

Hello i was wondering if u carry this piece that screws on to the window crank handle helps open window by helping turn gears inside to open window, not sure the name but its missing from my window. Please see picture i attached the hole diameter thread is about 11/16". The handle brand is a weather shield.

I believe the piece you're referring to is known as a worm gear. Once that part comes out of the operator, there is no way of repairing it. The whole operator will need to be changed. We can help. You will need to send more photos showing the complete part, and the link arms from a bird's eye view. If there is any way we can have you send us some measurements over, that would be a huge help.

The measurement of length on the arms are approx 10 1/2" the front of crank assembly piece in 5 inch wide

Perfect, thank you! This looks like it'd be a good match for our 39-348. This has the same metal clip at the end of the arm and the same style arms, to boot. Let me know if you agree.

Yes, thank you. It looks like this is the part i need. Also do u have the end piece that attaches to the clip on the ends that helps the arms slide in and out? I believe it hooks under the window.

Sure, that would be our 36-078. At least, this is what the 39-348 uses. There's a good chance your operator uses the same kind of stud but I would check just to be sure.
