Size is 1 and 3/16 wide, 2 and 1/8 tall and 7/16 deep.

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. We sell many, many different kinds so I'm confident that we have something that can replace this. However, your photo is just a little too unclear for me to identify.
Would it be possible to see a photo of this shoe removed from the window? Seeing it in undamaged condition would also be ideal. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
