It looks like you have an old-style Simonton pivot bar that was discontinued but the 26-336 was made to replace it. Please note that some customers with the same part have needed to grind down the round "collar" on the tip of the 26-336. Keep in mind that altered items cannot be returned for a refund. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!

If you're referring to the balances that support the weight of the sash, there is not one particular assembly that is used with this pivot bar since they are independent pieces of hardware. If you need new balances as well, we would need to see photos of yours removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
