Hello,

What I can make out in your photo resembles the 15-181 clip, which is commonly used with the 15-180 balance shoe, 15-182 bushing, and series 190 coil springs. I would recommend removing your balance hardware from the window to compare to the specifications of our parts. Thanks for posting!
