Window part

Hi,
That part of my window fell off, the top sash is broken as well. The window is not going up or down.

Thanks for writing in! I'm confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you are searching for but to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Since you've already included photos of the bottom attachment, I'll just need to see a photo of the top plastic attachment from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash.
