What is this? It broke of the lower sash of my dbl hung window, I need to replace it.

Thanks for posting! Your sash lock keeper looks a lot like the keeper compatible with the lock in the 90-326 Pella Vinyl DH Lock and Keeper. To determine if this is the right replacement carefully compare the dimensions for the diagram below. This keeper is not sold separately.
