There is two and this holds movable lower window tight to frame for good seal. The peice that fits into rail is broken

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center? Can you also write out the backset? Those details should help us confirm whether we have a comparable match.

Overall length of rectangular section is 2.880 inches. Overall width is 1.11 inches
Hole diameter is 11/64 of an inch. The heigth is .270inch. From rear of block to center of rear hole is .180 inch. Center to center of both holes is 2.20 inch. The lathing end of block sits 15/64 inch from sill. Hope this helps

I'm afraid we don't sell a tilt latch with your exact dimensions. The 26-195 and 26-196 measure 2-3/16" on the installation hole centers but we recommend you double-check your dimensions to be safe. Note that we can't promise these latches will work for you if the specifications differ.
