Thank you for waiting during this busy season. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly! I recommend the S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You can also select the 2640 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will carry a sash weighing 19 to 26 pounds.
