Window part

Question

The broken part has the number 03147-4 engraved into the plastic. I think it is a vertical vent rod clip/hook. I think it is a smonton window but I'm not certain of the make or model. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My name is David Wall

This tie bar guide appears to be an exact match for the 39-448. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this is the replacement needed for the repairs.

You'll need to hold onto the existing screws for the installation.
