I believe you operator is an old style that is not made anymore. That said, take a look at the newer Andersen style 39-095. This comes with its own track, and I think you could possibly retro fit it to fit your window. You would also need a new handle, so see our 39-286.

Another option to consider is our the Truth style 39-028E, along with the 39-114L handle and 39-505 track.
