Thanks for posting. I have received your images, but I'm a little confused. The diagram for the balance you showed us is not meant to work for the style of windows that you showed. Are you sure that's what you have? Do you have the old balances handy? That would be the best way to identify what you have. You might have our Series 370 balance, but there is no way for me to confirm without seeing the actual balance itself.
