Window part for casement window

From the outside, the hinge is on the left. The part is attached to the bottom of the casement.the part attached to the window bottom is approx. 7 1/2" long with the plastic part at the end that attaches to the channel on the window frame. The movable arm that is in the middle also attaches to window frame is approx. 5 1/2". The truth number is 33178. Thanks
