Window part in picture is what I need

Thank you for your patience in this matter. I've been having a hard time finding this balance. Before I can continue my research, I'd like to see a few more pictures of that bottom nylon fitting. That's really the main hangup; its style isn't matching anything I've found so far. Seeing it from more angles may help me track it down.
