Window part issue

Question

Hello.  We have 5 windows installed 45 years ago that won't stay up.  It appears the pulley mechanism is broke.  Attached are photos.  We have 22 windows and we don' want to replace all of them.  Can you advise us on this? Thank you.

The plastic piece would be the 15-209 Balance End Bracket. The pulley connected to it is a part of the balance, which has been discontinued and, unfortunately, we do not have a suitable replacement for this old-style assembly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
