Image 2460 is the working side. The other 2 pics are the broken side. What additional details are needed to identify the correct replacement part? Window is vinyl with both panes can tilt.

Hello there. This appears to be a pivot shoe, either our 15-178 or 15-188. To know if either of these is what you need, you'll need to remove a shoe and compare it to the diagrams below. The width and thickness are the most important dimensions. Let me know if either of these options matches what you're looking for.
