No known name of window manufacturer. Pictures are of portion of part needed. The part seem to be a pivot member of the window.

Thanks for posting! Your pivot bar end looks like it could be a match for the 26-336 Simonton Pivot Bar. You'll need to compare the dimensions to confirm that it is the correct replacement. You may need to find an undamaged pivot bar to compare them.
