Window part replacement

Question

The circular gear part is missing teeth and we need to replace to get the window operating. Please respond as soon as possible to let me know if you have the gear or the entire crank piece and arm.

I can tell you that broken gears can not be replaced. Your operator also appears to be an older style, so I'm not sure if we carry an updated replacement. To confirm, we'd need to see the arms that attach and move the sash. If yours are missing, we could also use photos of an intact assembly from an identical window in the house if there is one.
