Window part replacement

Hey there. This is a channel balance. I am confident we can replace this, but that stamp isn't an identifier. It just tells us the balance's strength. You'll need to remove the balance and send us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The style of attachments will tell us what you need.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like the S380-23 or S385-23. The only difference between these two channel balances is the shoe depth, see below. For a stamp option choose 2240.
