Thank you for reaching out to us. For the latch, can you tell me the distance between the two prongs on the underside, as well as the overall width of both prongs? One of your prongs seems to have broken off so you may need to get an undamaged sample for an accurate size.

As for the take out clip, I recommend the 16-035A. 

I'm afraid we can't narrow down your options without those measurements but you can see our full selection of Tilt Window Sash Release Levers here. If you don't think any will work for you then you may want to consider converting to a surface mount latch to fit over top of where the old internal tilt latch installed. Take a look at the video below that will guide you through every step of this process. You'll then need to find a tilt latch that will fit the space available; we have detailed dimensions in each case that you can use as a reference.
