Starting with the balance, we can supply an assembly that matches your own but it will have to be a custom order since it's not a stock product. We would use our 19-038 top and 15-193 bottom nylon fitting on a 1/2" wide metal channel. Does that look good to you? Review these fittings and let me know what you think.

Can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? Your stamp, 2930, indicates that it should be 30" long, not 29".

As for the top sash guide in your third photo, that is unfortunately not something that we can supply. To my knowledge these guides have not been made in a long time and we don't have a confirmed replacement.
