Thanks for your post! Your channel balance appears to be the S370-29, which is assembled with the 19-004 top guide and the 15-002 shoe. You'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the channel to determine the stamp option.
If there aren't any stamps you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and then you'll be able to choose the stamp from the list of weight ranges below the product description.
Regarding the window latch, take a look at our 90-008, 90-138, 90-182, and 90-267. Carefully compare each of their dimensions to determine which of them could be the best fit for your repairs.
