Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-169 shoe below, which is commonly used with the 15-170 balance hook. Unforutnately, we do not carry stock balances that use this hook but we can attach them to the S770 plain channel balances through a custom order. It looks like you'll also need a rivet at the top to use S-clips like the 19-029 or 19-030 for installation.
