Thanks for writing in! This window balance has been discontinued and is no longer available, unfortunately. Our sincerest apologies we cannot help with this part of the repair.

The only part we can offer a replacement for is the bracket that attaches to it. Take a look at the 17-059 Sash Balance Bracket to confirm that it is a match.
